About FSG
At FSG, we are passionate about finding better ways to solve social problems. Established as the Foundation Strategy Group by co-founders Mark Kramer and Harvard Business School professor Michael Porter in 2000, FSG works across all sectors by partnering with foundations, corporations, school systems, nonprofits, and governments in every region of the globe. Our goal is to help organizations— individually and collectively—create greater social impact.

We offer competitive compensation and exceptional employee benefits. Salaries are commensurate with professional experience and education and highly competitive among other high-performing nonprofit organizations. Our benefits, while subject to change, currently include the following:
Coverage of 100% of the premiums for the following:
